ADI are excited to be working with Probuild Construction on the MLC Centre in Martin place in Sydney’s CBD. Probuild are delivering the $170 million upgrade to the MLC Centre, which aims to turn the precinct into a vibrant community offering retail, dining, cultural and commercial spaces in the Sydney CBD. ADI will be completing door and carpentry package.


ADI are excited to announce that we are working with Hamilton and Marino on the Paragon in Pyrmont. This Project consists of twenty townhouses, ten high-end apartments, two retail units, two storey basements dug in rock and each townhouse with their own elevator from the basement. A very complex glazing and outer screen system also with a walkway through the development. ADI will be completing a full carpentry package, full door package and full joinery package.


ADI are proud to be working with Growth Built on the Townhouses at Ed. Square in Edmondson Park. This project consists of 184 new townhouses over 5 blocks, heavily landscaped communal areas, public domain works and mews areas.
ADI will be providing full door package and full carpentry package also the supply and install of stair cases.


ADI are thrilled to be working alongside Mirvac on the Locomotive workshop project. The Locomotive is the most well-known building at South Eveleigh, Locomotive Workshop is a 2-storey sandstone and brick structure consisting of 16 equally sized bays. The building showcases heritage features including cast iron columns, wrought iron trusses and heritage artefacts throughout the precinct. The Locomotive Workshop is listed on the NSW state heritage register. Plans to revitalise the iconic Locomotive Workshops will deliver a unique cultural and innovated hub for Sydney, preserving and celebrating the history whilst everyone can enjoy.


ADI are proud to be working alongside Lahey Constructions in the redevelopment of the Yagoona RSPCA. This project will be completed in two stages. Stage one consists of a new single storey building with car park, 87 individual kennels with each their own underfloor heating system and dog runs fitted with artificial turf, including dog bath area. The new cattery building will include food prep area, assessment, treatment, maternity and kitten stray rooms. Stage two includes the demolition of the reception building, construction of a new education and adoption centre which includes auditorium, training room, vet assessment and adoption area, cat lounge, vaccination clinic, covered canine adventure park and roof top plant room.


ADI are delighted to be working with Next Construction on the Uniting Edinglassie residential aged care facility in Emu Plains. This Project will consist of the demolition of a section of the hostel and Fellowship Centre in the existing nursing home, to make way for the construction of 100 new bed RACF facility over three levels. Level one and two will have 40 beds on each floor, the ground floor will have 20 beds as well as a new community space, chapel, café and administrative area.


ADI are excited to be working with Richard Crooks Constructions in delivering the new Western Sydney Conference & Community Centre & Hotel for the Penrith Panthers Rugby League Club. This project consists of a premier conference centre, event space with the capacity of up to 1000 seated guests and accommodation of 153 hotel rooms. The building will signify the eastern gateway to the Panthers Precinct and become a landmark in the region. This project is due to be completed in September 2021. ADI will be completing full door package.


ADI are proud to be working with Decode on The New Life Project in Pyrmont. This project consists of 11 new unique and luxurious high-end terrace houses, New Life is located behind the heritage-listed Terminus Hotel in Pyrmont. The terraces will also feature a series of sculptures by international contemporary artist Maria Fernanda Cardoso made from rare yellow gold sandstone harvested from the site.


ADI are delighted to be working with PBS Building on the St George Community Housing located in Casula. This project will be a multi-storey building providing 63 new sustainable and affordable homes. ADI will be completing a full door package which includes fire doors and certification as a standard allowance for all ADI projects. ADI are also contracted for the flooring and carpentry package across this new development.


ADI are excited to be working with Watpac on Natura Apartments in Macquarie Park. This project is expected to set a new standard of luxury within Macquarie Park. This project consists of 4 levels of basement carpark, 4 podium floors consisting of residential facilities and entertainment areas, pool, fitness areas and landscaped areas. Two 21 storey towers sit above the podium providing 334 high end residential apartments. ADI will complete the full fire door and internal door package including hardware supply and management.
